Paul Treadwell

Paul Treadwell has worked for Cornell Cooperative Extension (CCE) for over 26 years, spending the majority of that time in Information Technology before transitioning to the communications team. During his years in IT, Paul focused on the skillful adoption of technology to advance the organization's mission. His tenure spanning a remarkable period of transformation, from witnessing the final days of CCE's satellite network to spearheading efforts to build the system's capacity for remote work.

Today, as a member of CCE's communications team, Paul works to develop and share a public narrative that highlights the mission and vision of Cornell Cooperative Extension. Through interviews, written articles, photography, and social media, he helps tell the stories that showcase CCE's impact on communities across New York State. His work also extends to digital inclusion, with a continued commitment to increasing the accessibility of digital resources for the broadest possible audience statewide.

In addition, Paul hosts, edits, and produces Extension Out Loud, Cornell Cooperative Extension's podcast, further amplifying the voices and impact of CCE's programs and people.
