Paul Stodghill

Stodghill is a USDA-ARS Physical Scientist at the Robert W Holley Center for Agriculture & Health.

His work focuses on developing and applying computational methods for analyzing large datasets from high-throughput biological experiments. These methods include genome assembly and annotation, comparative genomics, transciptomics, proteomics, etc. He has worked and continues to work with other PPPMB scientists to study a number of different plant-microbe systems.
