These Environmental Health Quick Train Videos were requested by the Rhode Island Department of Health and created by Ana Barsallo, Alexa Cohn, Genevieve Sullivan, and Martin Wiedmann of the New York Food Safety Center of Excellence. They are to be used as a supplement to previous environmental investigation trainings and to provide short refreshers in an easily accessible video format.
