Introductory Course on Food Safety Principles (in English or Spanish) that is tailored to processing personnel and is designed to help participants understand the basic principles of food safety in a processing plant. The benefit of using this course is to quickly train your frontline employees in the importance of Food Safety.
This course consists of self-paced online modules with knowledge checks at the end of each module that will cover basic food safety including Good Manufacturing Practices, Basic Microbiology, Foodborne Illness, and Food Safety Programs.

This course, delivered in English or Spanish, provides basic, introductory training to frontline employees and does not replace Certificate Program training.
