LIHREC Plant Science Day

LIHREC will hold its annual Plant Science Day for agriculture and horticulture professionals on Thursday, July 17, rain or shine. Tours and demonstrations will be held from 4:00-6:00 pm. Registration begins at 3:30 pm. During Plant Science Day, professionals will be able to take tours in one of four commodity areas:(1) vegetables, (2) nursery and ornamentals, (3) greenhouse and floriculture, and (4) grapes. A BBQ will follow. Participants are encouraged to attend both the tours and the barbeque dinner during Plant Science Day, but if you prefer, you can attend just one or the other.
