Food Safety Virtual Office Hours

Join us for our next session of Food Safety Virtual Office Hours, where Professor Martin Wiedmann will provide an overview of how artificial intelligence (AI) is being used within food safety. This session will highlight case studies demonstrating real-world applications of AI for risk assessment, environmental monitoring, and predictive analytics. Professor Wiedmann will also discuss key considerations for responsible data use and provide an overview of the tools currently available to support AI adoption in food safety systems.

Following the presentation, attendees will have the opportunity to participate in a moderated Q&A and discussion with a panel of experts.

Food Safety Virtual Office Hours are hosted in collaboration with the New York Integrated Food Safety Center of Excellence, and the IFS@CU.
