Join us for the next session of Food Industry Virtual Office Hours on August 23! This session is on PFAS – What is it?
We will begin this session focused on PFAS with two presentations:
- Dr. Natalie Capiro from Cornell University will present first to give an overview of PFAS.
- Conor Shea, P.E. from the NYS Department of Environmental Conservation, will present second and discuss New York State's regulation that restricts the use of PFAS in food packaging.
Following the two presentations, we will host a moderated Q&A with an expert panel to address your questions. Joining the two presenters on the panel are experts Molly Trembley, P.E.
