Join us for the next session of Dairy Foods Virtual Office Hours to engage in a moderated discussion with a panel of experts from Cornell University and representatives from the New York State Department of Agriculture & Markets. The Cornell Dairy Foods Extension Program will count down five current issues impacting dairy processors:

  1. In-plant contamination with sporeformers;
  2. Ropy milk;
  3. Thermodurics/microbacterium;
  4. Oxidized off-odors/flavors; and
  5. Sanitizers in milk.

Dairy Foods Virtual Office Hours are hosted in collaboration with the Dairy Foods Extension Program, the New York Integrated Food Safety Center of Excellence, and the IFS@CU.
