Join us for the next session of Dairy Foods Virtual Office Hours to engage in a moderated discussion with a panel of experts from Cornell University and representatives from the New York State Department of Agriculture & Markets. The Cornell Dairy Foods Extension Program will count down five current issues impacting dairy processors:
- In-plant contamination with sporeformers;
- Ropy milk;
- Thermodurics/microbacterium;
- Oxidized off-odors/flavors; and
- Sanitizers in milk.
Dairy Foods Virtual Office Hours are hosted in collaboration with the Dairy Foods Extension Program, the New York Integrated Food Safety Center of Excellence, and the IFS@CU.
- Intended Audience: Open to anyone in the food industry from farm to fork.
