Data Integration & Analytics Tech at CAST

Raw agritech data must be managed and integrated if it is to be useful. CAST is working with a range of data streams from the field, animals and climate to provide farmers with the information they can use to make informed decisions.

Reports and benchmarks that facilitate better, faster dairy business decisions.

Making informed business decisions is often difficult in the dairy industry. Sorting through farm records and financial information takes time and effort that doesn’t always pay off.

Dairy Dashboard connects directly to a producer's financial records, production software and third-party vendors. It creates timely, personalized reports that give producers information on their bottom-line income and expenses as well as the latest trends and opportunities in dairy.

At CAST, Dairy Dashboard is being used to explore opportunities to improve business decision-making and financial reporting.

A herd management system that helps ensure the reliability and accessibility of data.

Accurate, standardized herd data is essential for a successful dairy farm. But it can be hard to ensure the integrity and reliability of data that is accessed and recorded by multiple users.

DairyComp 305 software offers a trustworthy, standardized way to record data for each cow that all team members can follow. Then the PULSE platform organizes that data into a customized array of reports team members can use to make informed decisions.

As the heart of dairy at CAST, we use DairyComp 305 and VAS PULSE to execute data-driven management tasks and to facilitate data reporting.
