About
Michael earned his B.A. in Sociology and American Studies from the University of Virginia (2008), and his M.A. in Latin American and Caribbean Studies from New York University (2017). His dissertation project examines agrarian change and water governance in the wetlands of southern Paraguay.
The Polson Institute for Global Development announced its fall 2022 grants to support research at the intersection of systemic inequality and social-environmental justice.
