Former student farm manager Zoe Friedberg will share about her experience at Dilmun Hill Student Farm and the impact of this experience on her post-graduate journey. She was a Dilmun Hill student manager for the 2017 season and studied International Agriculture and Rural Development. After graduating in 2019, she worked in post-harvest research, seed sales, and diversified vegetable production. She started Little Gem Farm, a mixed vegetable and flower farm in 2023, located in Chester, NY. She primarily sells her vegetables through farmers markets and a CSA program.
