CoE Coffee, Coaching & Connections, presented by the New York State Center of Excellence for Food and Agriculture at Cornell AgriTech, is a monthly series highlighting industry and academic leaders addressing essential topics for food, beverage and agriculture entrepreneurs.

Food and beverage entrepreneurs often turn to co-packers to manufacture their products and help grow their businesses. But copackers vary in scale, equipment and capabilities, which makes identifying and building a relationship with the right co-packer essential. Our panel discussion will feature representatives from small-to-medium-sized co-packers, who will offer their advice and tips on how food entrepreneurs can best work with a co-packing partner.

Featured speakers:

Paul Guglielmo - Owner, Craft Cannery

Wendy Shutter - Director of Business Services, Glen Copack (The Arc of Chemung-Schuyler)

Matthew Healy -  Director of Winery Operations, Pleasant Valley Wine Company

The seminar is free to attend and breakfast will be provided. This hybrid seminar is available to both in-person and virtual attendees.
