  • Center of Excellence for Food and Agriculture

Food producers and entrepreneurs are invited to join the New York State Center of Excellence for Food and Agriculture (CoE) and Taste NY for a free workshop focused on food product development and helping to launch and grow your food business. The afternoon workshop will be held at the Saratoga County 4-H Education Center in Ballston Spa, NY. 

  • Discover the steps to become shelf-ready or scale up your existing operations.
  • Meet the CoE business development team and discover the resources available to help your enterprise grow.
  • Pitch your products in mini-sessions with Taste NY Welcome Center staff to receive direct feedback and guidance.

This workshop is perfect for home processors and small-scale producers who are ready to take the next step toward retail success.
