Food producers and entrepreneurs are invited to join the New York State Center of Excellence for Food and Agriculture (CoE) and Taste NY for a free workshop focused on food product development and helping to launch and grow your food business. The afternoon workshop will be held at the Saratoga County 4-H Education Center in Ballston Spa, NY.
- Discover the steps to become shelf-ready or scale up your existing operations.
- Meet the CoE business development team and discover the resources available to help your enterprise grow.
- Pitch your products in mini-sessions with Taste NY Welcome Center staff to receive direct feedback and guidance.
This workshop is perfect for home processors and small-scale producers who are ready to take the next step toward retail success.
