Dairy Science and Sanitation: A core course in our Dairy Foods Extension Certificate Program, this workshop is designed to help participants understand dairy science, food safety, and critical components of a dairy processing operation.
Introduction to Food Safety Principles: This 4-hour frontline worker training covers the importance of food safety and Good Manufacturing Practices in a dairy plant.
Accredited HACCP: This course provides instruction on HACCP-based systems for the dairy and food industries modeled after the National Advisory Committee on the Microbiological Criteria for Foods (NACMCF) guidance document.
