Meaghan joined the Department of Microbiology in January 2022 in the Student
Services role and later transitioned to the Administrative Assistant role in May 2024.
She currently oversees academic hiring and appointment terms, assists with visa processes, and manages student employment. In addition, Meaghan coordinates department events, plans seminars and symposia, and supports the Administrative Manager and Department Chair in daily operations. She also manages building access and room scheduling and serves as the primary contact for travel and purchasing inquiries.
