Lucas Smith

Lucas is a Regulatory Extension Associate with Cornell Agricultural Workforce Development. He brings a strong background in the dairy industry, passion for NYS agriculture, and legal training to this role helping farms navigate complex federal and state regulations. Lucas has a diverse legal background with experience in both the public and private sectors focused on labor and employment, corporate, and governmental relations. Lucas received his BS in Agricultural Sciences from Cornell and his JD from Albany Law School.
