Dr. Kwanho Kim is a postdoctoral research fellow at the Department of Communication at Cornell University. His research focuses on describing the public communication environment (PCE) about health and science topics, analyzing the PCE’s effects on cognitive and behavioral outcomes, examining unequal effects of the PCE across individuals with different socioeconomic and sociocultural backgrounds, and investigating contextual factors which can affect the roles of the socioeconomic and sociocultural variables. Kim received a Ph.D. in Communication from the Annenberg School for Communication at the University of Pennsylvania, a M.A. in Communication and B.A.s in Communication, Psychology, and Anthropology from Seoul National University.
