Katie Schoenberg’s career has included experiences in Cooperative Extension, conservation biology, and academic and industry research. She has had a 12-year career at Elanco Animal Health, starting as a research scientist in Dairy Development R&D and moving to research and development project leadership in both Farm Animal and Pet Health innovation.
Katie’s current role is as Global Director, Talent Acquisition. Her teams support recruiting for US and Global commercial, marketing, R&D, corporate functions and manufacturing outside of North America. She enjoys coaching individuals to pursue a fulfilling career path and serving as an advocate for careers in animal health.
Katie’s family includes her husband, 10 and 12 year old daughters, two cats and her horse. She is originally from (way) Upstate New York and loves mentoring young women in STEM, college hockey (Go Big Red!), camping, and curling.
