Karene Booker
As the Administrative Manager of the Cornell Botanic Gardens and AIISP, Karene collaborates with our leadership, staff, and partners to oversee the departments’ business operations and steward their resources.
Prior to this, she was an administrative manager in Global Development. She received her Bachelor’s degree from Cornell with a focus on plant science and sustainable agriculture. She received her master’s degree in Organization Development from Case Western Reserve University and subsequently worked in human services planning and administration before rejoining Cornell in 2006.
