Kaitlyn is a bilingual dairy management specialist. She assists farms with labor management, focusing on the Hispanic labor force, and dairy herd health education and trouble shooting. Some specific focus areas include:
- Employer-employee communication
- Protocol development
- Welfare assessment and compliance
- Herd health management
- Organic dairying
Prior to joining Cornell, Kaitlyn worked as a dairy veterinarian throughout the United States and Internationally. She received her BS in Animal Science from the University of Delaware and VMD from University of Pennsylvania. She is also a board-certified Food Animal specialist through the American Board of Veterinary Practitioners.
