I use geophysical methods to study changes in the shallow subsurface related to rapid environmental change, particularly at high latitudes, and how these changes impact communities and cultural resources. I also use computational methods in collaborative projects to study changes in fish and mysid populations in the Great Lakes, changes in agricultural land use and patterns in India, and seismicity and drought in Afghanistan, among other projects.
