A lifelong learner, Hannah holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resource Development from Villanova University, a Bachelor’s Degree in Anthropology, and an Associate’s Degree in Animal Science. She has also earned certifications in Coaching, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI), and SHRM-CP. Her broad academic background and professional training have deepened her appreciation for diverse perspectives—an asset when supporting teams across cultures, disciplines, and organizational levels.
Throughout her HR career, Hannah has witnessed the critical role workplace culture plays in employee experience and organizational success. She leads with active listening, curiosity, and care—always striving to understand the unique dynamics of each team she partners with.
Outside of work, Hannah cherishes time with her family—her husband Simon, son Milo, and their two dogs, Pippin and Obie. A proud Trumansburg local from a large extended family, she enjoys staying active, traveling the world, hiking, cooking, and creating meaningful memories with loved ones. Whether she's baking at home or exploring a new trail, Hannah values both adventure and the quiet moments that make life full.
