Erik Norsen

Erik is a Technician at the Cornell Fermentation Farming Lab, where he assists with developing innovative strategies in the sphere of food fermentation. Hailing from Western New York, Erik has a B.S. In Food Science and Technology from Oregon State University where he concentrated his studies in Fermentation Science.
