- Why are you excited to become a peer mentor?
- Peer mentorship has been an unbelievable opportunity to share my words of wisdom as they make a significant transition in their lives. Especially at Cornell, I think it is important to know that there will be ups and downs that we all cannot control. However, I want to show that the things that we can control deserve some support and guidance.
- Favorite Ithaca eatery: My favorite all-time eateries are Sangam and Taste of Thai Express. At Cornell, it has to be Terrace’s Indian Food, Trillium’s Omelets, and Temple of Zeus’ Chocolate Chip Cookies.
- Favorite class at Cornell:
- Writing about Communications was surprisingly one of my favorite Communication courses. Although we were taken back to basics, Prof. Chambliss demonstrated that honing on our fundamental writing skills can significantly enhance our approach to writing.
Elective-wise, I genuinely found Intro to Asian-American History to be a revealing course. Taking this course provided me the insight I needed to get in touch with my roots and come to terms with my own identity.
