Beatriz Alvarez supports the Produce Safety Alliance through a range of communication efforts, including print layout and design, web content management, brand collateral design, email outreach, social media content creation, and database and certification system management. She graduated summa cum laude in 2015 from Rochester Institute of Technology with a BFA in Industrial Design, a minor in Entrepreneurship, and a concentration in Italian.
Prior to joining the PSA, Beatriz founded and led Tryz Studio for seven years (a design studio specializing in custom branding and website design) where she helped small entrepreneurs build visually compelling brands with a strong digital presence. She is fluent in English and Portuguese.
