Dr. Zhu is a native of Beijing, China. She received her bachelor’s degree in Chemistry from Peking University before studying abroad at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee for her Master’s in Chemistry, and at Cornell University for her PhD in Food Science. She currently serves as the Director of the CAU-Cornell Dual Degree program after her tenure at the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay as an accomplished instructor and mentor for undergraduate and graduate students in dietetics.
