CALS Diversity and Inclusion Committee
The CALS Committee on Diversity and Inclusion is an active body focused on creating an equitable climate in CALS through dialogue, research and action. This committee undertakes bold and strategic efforts to dismantle barriers and generates novel approaches to drive systemic change. This committee begins in CALS but has a reach well beyond the College. This committee is comprised of equity-minded individuals at all levels of study and work in CALS. Members of the Diversity and Inclusion Committee participate in enriching and motivating conversations around DEI work and seek opportunities to create lasting and meaningful change to ensure that all members of our community can thrive
