Join industry experts, researchers and food technology leaders for two days of presentations, demonstrations, pilot trials and discussions focused on extrusion technology. The workshop will feature pilot-scale trials of the Hebenstreit SE70 Single-Screw Cooking Extruder, conveyor drying and seasoning application equipment showcases, presentations from Cornell University researchers and other demonstrations.
