Control of Produce Contamination in the Field

  • Control of Produce Contamination in the Field will teach participants how to use qualitative risk assessments to determine the appropriate application of interventions to control for
    contaminating produce in the field in pre-harvest environments. Preventative measures for the unique risks encountered during agricultural production will be described, and interactive
    discussions will allow participants to decide how to manage and balance pre-harvest risks to control produce contamination in the field.
