  • Systems Approach to Produce Safety is a core course that will teach participants why improved produce safety is needed, the intricacies of the produce supply chain, and the importance
    of a systems approach to improve produce safety. This course will frame the rest of the curriculum within the context of a systems approach to relay the importance of improved
    produce safety practices at every level of the supply chain. Key regulations and the complications of produce-related regulations will be discussed.
