Sharon Clark brings over 16 years of experience in human resources within higher education. As Assistant Dean for Human Resources in the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences (CALS), she leads the college's HR strategy and operations. Sharon serves as a senior advisor to deans, department chairs, and directors, offering guidance to support organizational development and change management initiatives.
In her role, she also represents the college in matters of university-wide HR policy and practice, serving as the primary liaison to the university’s Vice President for Human Resources.
Sharon holds a master’s degree in Human Resource Management and a bachelor’s degree in Environmental Biology with a minor in Business Management.
