Applied Food Safety Plans

This specialized course is designed for individuals who have previously completed HACCP or PCQI training and have experience working within a Food Safety Team in a plant environment. Building on your foundational knowledge, this workshop provides a deeper dive into advanced food safety concepts and practical applications.

  • HACCP Certification: Complete this course to receive HACCP Certification accredited by the International HACCP Alliance, recognized by SQFI, ensuring your qualifications meet the latest industry standards.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Update your HACCP or PCQI training to meet the recommended five-year refresh cycle. This course will help you stay current with the evolving requirements of food safety regulations and standards.
  • Advanced Food Safety Plans: Gain a more nuanced understanding of Food Safety Plans. We will clarify the distinctions between prerequisite programs (such as Allergen and Sanitation programs) and the new expectations for Preventive Controls as mandated by FSMA.
  • Hands-On Activities: Engage in practical, hands-on group activities, including risk analysis exercises and discussions on best practices. Enhance your skills in performing thorough Root Cause Analysis and implementing effective Food Safety Culture strategies in your facility.
