Bio
Kate Nadolny is chief strategy officer for the Americo Group of Companies. Previously, she was the CEO of BC Brands, owner and operator of Bandier and Carbon 38. She spent her longest tenure as head of Operations and Innovation at PVH Americas, overseeing global innovation alignment, digital, omnichannel, wholesale and marketing operations, business process and transformation, commercial insights and operational strategy for the region. Prior to joining PVH, Kate was at Lacoste & VF Corp (Nautica) in wholesale & planning and began her career in investment banking at Lehman Brothers and Goldman Sachs.
Kate is a board member of the non-profit Bronx Academy of Letters, providing supplemental support to the arts, college prep and academic expansion within the school. She was formerly a member of the board of directors for Algo, an end-to-end supply chain optimization software company, and currently with AlgoFace, a visual analytics company.
Kate is a 2006 graduate of the Dyson School of Applied Economics and Management at Cornell University, where she serves on the advisory board. She also serves at the university level as a member of Cornell University Council and as president of her class. In 2020, Kate graduated from the Trium Global Executive MBA program with a degree jointly issued by New York University's Stern School of Business, the London School of Economics and HEC Paris. Kate lives in New York with her husband, Matt Settle, and their rescue dog, Duke.
