His research interests span a wide array of cutting-edge topics, including bioactive encapsulation, micronutrient delivery, protein and enzyme functionalization, and the scaling-up of engineering processes. Collaborating closely with food and feed companies, non-profit organizations, and federal agencies, Younas focuses his research efforts on tackling sustainability challenges within the agrofood sector.
