Xiaoxuan (Meg) Shi holds a Master of Science in Food Science and Technology from Cornell University (2024) and a Bachelor of Science in Food Science from The Pennsylvania State University (2019). Her previous research interests focus on food safety and quality, and her previous projects included the identification and categorization of fungi related to cultured dairy products. In her free time, Meg enjoys cooking, cleaning, participating in filmmaking, and babysitting cats
