The Better Process Control Schools (BPCS) certify supervisors of thermal processing systems, acidification and container closure evaluation programs for low-acid and acidified canned foods. This school satisfies the training requirements specified in both the FDA and USDA regulations.

Cornell University will be holding the next BPCS course remotely on October 19 - 21, 2021 for the health and safety of each student. This virtual course will focus only on acidified foods.  You will receive training over the course of three half days with electronic exams following each chapter.  After successful completion of the course, you will receive a certificate with your name.

Students must attend each day using Zoom.  Click on the link below to view the mandatory student requirements and to register for this course.  Payment must be made at time of registration.  Once registered you will receive an email prior to the course with a link to attend the class.
