Raúl E. Lemus Garza is a passionate advocate for sustainable agriculture and community development. He has extensive experience working with socially disadvantaged farmers. In his role as bilingual project specialist for the New York State Integrated Pest Management Program, he focuses on promoting sustainable pest management practices in Spanish-speaking communities. His work combines technical expertise, outreach and education to support agricultural productivity and improve community livelihoods while fostering environmental management. He is also involved in nonprofit efforts to uplift Latino communities in New York’s Hudson Valley.
