Free Work Zone Traffic Control Workshops!

These workshops are free to all attendees, thanks to the grant we received from the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) and the Governor’s Traffic Safety Committee (GTSC).

The New York State LTAP Center – Cornell Local Roads Program thanks those groups who contribute to making our workshops successful by providing sponsorships.

Workshop sponsors generously contribute a flat fee of $1,600/workshop, which enables participants from all counties to attend the workshop at either a reduced rate or free of charge. Standard Workshop General Information

Registration

Register online, if you have any issues please contact us clrp [at] cornell.edu (clrp[at]cornell[dot]edu), or (607-255-8033).

We allow a maximum of 3 people per organization to register for each workshop. If you would like to register more than 3, just let us know and we will add them to the waitlist.

Payment & Confirmation

We are working with our partners to find ways to allow attendees to attend a workshop without a registration fee, but have not worked out the details yet. Typically, workshops are $60 per session per registrant. Details on any payments will be sent prior to the workshop.

Workshop Timing/Food

Workshops typically run from 8:30am - 3:00pm
Lunch will be served. Please contact us if you have any special dietary requirements.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel, please contact us at least 3 business days before the workshop so we may give your space to someone on our waitlist to avoid being charged for the workshop. You may substitute a coworker if you cannot attend.
