Melissa joined the Cornell Local Roads Program in 2015. She and her team provide training and technical assistance to the over 1,600 local highway departments across New York State. With a background in local government policy, project management and multi-agency collaboration, Melissa brings together Cornell and partner-organizations to create programs that aim to improve the quality and safety of New York roads and streets.
