Melinda von Gordon is the Finance Reporting Specialist for Global Development. She provides support with financial activities for faculty and staff members. She is also the CALS contract administrator for International Independent Contractors and International Revenue-Generating Activities. She enjoys working with her colleagues, learning about their work, assisting with budgets, interpreting policies or anything else that comes her way.
Prior to her current position, Melinda worked in the Department of Natural Resources as a Finance Reporting Specialist. She is grateful for the twelve years in DNR, the growth opportunities and especially the friendships she has made over the years.
Melinda resides in the Finger Lakes region with her family. She is very active in youth sports in her community. You will usually find her on the sidelines of a basketball court, football, lacrosse, and baseball fields cheering on her boys and their friends.
