State Professional Development and Volunteer Involvement Specialist, Cornell Cooperative Extension
Kim Fleming is a Professional Development and Volunteer Involvement Specialist in Cornell Cooperative Extension Administration. She works with Extension staff throughout New York State, coordinating and providing opportunities for staff to learn more about our organization, to develop skills, and find the resources to work effectively in Extension. Kim oversees the CCE Association Volunteer Involvement Policy creating connections to policy and offering skill development in managing over 26,000 volunteers statewide. Kim began her Extension career as a 4-H Youth Development Educator in Cayuga County CCE before joining CCE Administration at Cornell in the New York State 4-H Office. In 2010, Kim began work with Administration’s Organizational Development team in her current position.
Kim holds a master’s degree in Adult Education and Extension and a bachelor’s degree in Animal Science from Cornell University.
