Jennifer (Jen) Starr is the Regional Agriculture Team Support Specialist for Cornell Cooperative Extension. In this role, Jen provides management support to the ten Regional Ag Teams. This role serves as a bridge between Cornell Cooperative Extension and Cornell University. This support encompasses equipment and technology management; personnel support; program administration and governance; program development and reporting; and regional program communication.
Jen has been at Cornell University for over 20 years, working in clinical sciences and in plant pathology research and extension. Recently, Jen worked in biotechnology in the private sector where she gained valuable experience in organizational behavior, project management, and team leadership. Jen enjoys working with diverse groups of people to solve problems and to provide resources for successful outcomes.
