Jase leads CALS-OIT's Central Operations team, a group of technical experts who have responsibility for:
- IT Security and Engineering (managing and securing over 3,000 CALS computers)
- Classroom Technology (maintaining and supporting 60 CALS classrooms and over 100 conference rooms)
- Research Computing Consulting (advising our 300 faculty on using technology tools in their research).
Jase has been at Cornell since 1998 and held a number of IT roles, all within CALS; including desktop support tech, lead tech, team manager and now assistant director. He was an inaugural member of the Veterans Colleague Network Group (VCNG), where he currently serves as treasurer, and served as Outreach lead, captained the Ithaca chapter of Team Red, White and Blue (RWB) for 8 years.
