This non-thermal technology meets the growing demand for clean label ingredients, and product freshness without the use of chemical additive or preservatives. Dr. Randy Worobo, Professor of Microbiology and Director of the HPP Validation Center at Cornell University will discuss the pros and cons of HPP and the regulatory requirements.  The presentation will be followed by a Q& A.
