Currently, Carolina is working on a transnational multidisciplinary project called Aguakinesis, which centers around water and Indigenous knowledges. This is a collaboration between individuals from the Seneca Nation (Haudenosaunee Confederacy) located in what is known as NY state; academics and artists from Cornell and Ithaca; as well as academics and community members in Tuxtla, Chiapas, Mexico; and Santa Marta, Colombia. The exhibition for the project is currently being shown in Santa Marta and will open in Ithaca in October 2018.
