Originally from Orange County NY, Peter earned a B.A. in Business Administration and Finance from Hartwick College (2012), his M.B.A. from Binghamton University's School of Management (2014), and his M.P.A. from Cornell University's Institute for Public Affairs (2017).
Peter utilizes novel methodologies in geospatial statistical analysis, spatial regression, and cartographic demography to study techniques for improving local decision making with education & fiscal policy.
Peter's current research centers around the $600B education system in the United States, specifically New York State where he explores the efficacy of publicly-available data tools and the impacts of extra-local 'neighborhood spatial effects.'
