Young Alumni Achievement Award (alumni who are 40 years old or younger)

The CALS Alumni Association's Young Alumni Achievement Award recognizes an outstanding alumnus/alumnae of the College who has recognized success in his/her professional field and/or demonstrated leadership abilities in the College of Agriculture of Life Sciences and/or Cornell University. Young alumnus is defined as a person under the age of forty years-old prior to January 1 in the year of the award.

Criteria

Include a detailed description of each of the following areas:

  • Outstanding contributions to, involvement with, and leadership in the College and University.
  • Significant accomplishments in business or professional service.
  • Distinguished community service or philanthropy.
  • Honors and awards, including professional, civic, or University.

Young Alumni Achievement Nomination Form

The following form should be completed by a person who has a strong sense of the candidate. Please be sure to complete the form as thoroughly and in as much detail as possible. This ensures the selection committee has the most information about the individual you are nominating. The CALS Alumni Affairs staff is available to help complete the form or provide information.
