George is a Technician at the Cornell Food Venture Center, where he has operated innovative food processing technologies for over three years as part of the Pilot Plant team. Here he assists food start-ups, established brands and post-graduate students carry out process development and research.
Originally from England, George holds a B.S. in Biological Sciences from Nottingham Trent University, and initially trained as a science teacher before deciding to pursue a career in applied science when he moved to the United States. He currently lives in Geneva, with his wife and two young children.
