Join us for the next general session of Food Industry Virtual Office Hours scheduled Tuesday, January 31 from 12 to 1 pm Eastern Time (US & Canada). Drs. Betsy Bihn and Don Stoeckel from the Produce Safety Alliance will present on the FDA's FSMA Food Traceability Rule and discuss some of the resources developed specifically for produce. Following the presentation, Jennifer Trodden from the New York State Department of Agriculture and Markets, and Food Industry Attorney and Executive Melanie Neumann, will join the panel for a moderated Q&A.
Food Industry Virtual Office Hours are hosted in collaboration with the New York Integrated Food Safety Center of Excellence and the IFS@CU.
