On January 19th, 2024 the DNRE Graduate Student Association is hosting our annual symposium. This year's theme will be Reimagining the future: People, ecology, and species.
The annual DNRE GSA research symposium provides an opportunity for members of the DNRE community to present research findings, share techniques and discuss challenges across disciplines, and network and build community within and beyond the department. The symposium is open to the graduate community, and invites students, postdocs, staff, faculty and other researchers to present their research during this one-day event. It is funded by the GPSAFC. Come and find out what inspiring work your colleagues are up to!
The symposium will take place on January 19th, 2024 from 9:00am-5:00pm in Fernow G24 and G01, with concurrent sessions. The finalized schedule can be found here. We are pleased to have two keynote speakers at this year: Dr. Karin Limburg (SUNY ESF) and Chris Bowser (NYSDEC Hudson River Estuary Program)!
